Density enhancement can be done by using corrugated bulk bins. The idea is to replace a large number of small boxes by one bulk bin and corrugated separators. The resulting solution can reduce both material and costs drastically. At Xpertpack, we have successfully been able to replace a large number of small corrugated boxes by corrugated bulk bins where the weight of resulting pallet load has been close to 1,000 kilos. Using edge protectors, stacking of these pallets can easily be done.
